We understand that arranging viewings can be challenging, especially if you have a busy schedule or don’t live near the property. To make things easier, Ballard Property can attend viewings on your behalf.
If you would like our support with viewings, you can choose to book individual appointments with specific tenants or arrange a one-off open house.
Individual Viewing or Open House
One-off payment: £45
- A 30-minute viewing or open house scheduled at a time that suits your prospective tenants
- Tenants receive a guided, personalised tour of your property
Key Holding
For self-managed properties where Landlords are not based locally, we can arrange secure key storage to ensure safe and convenient access when needed. Additional key handling options are also available, including key safe installation for an extra fee.
