All properties sold or new rental tenancies require an Energy Performance Certificate commonly known as an EPC.

A check Out Report is conducted at the end of the tenancy, upon the Tenant vacating the property. Comparisons are made against the original Inventory, logging any changes. 

An interim inspection is usually carried out to inform the landlord and/or managing agent the general condition of the property. 

Supply and fitting Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms. All alarms include sealed 10-year batteries.

For self-managed properties where Landlords are not local, keys can be securely stored.

For self-managed properties where Landlords are not local, Ballard Property can attend viewings on their behalf.
