Based on the North Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire border Ballard Property support Lettings agents, Property Management companies, Relocation agents, private landlords and tenants.

Ballard Property is run by Paul Ballard and Sophie Ballard, who between them they have over 20 years’ experience working in Lettings and Property Management. Supported by a close-knit team of four, the company is committed to delivering a high standard of service. Formed in 2019 the business was originally known as Ballard Property Inventories.
 

Sophie has excellent attention to detail with extensive industry knowledge and is ARLA qualified. (Association of Residential and Lettings Agents).
 

Paul comes from an Engineering background and works methodically when completing reports, he is an accredited Domestic Energy Performance Assessor with Quidos.
 

We are fully insured with both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance & regulated by the Association of the Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC).
