Ballard Property is owned by Sophie and Paul Ballard, who between them they have over 20 years experience working in Lettings and Property Management. The husband and wife business began in 2018 and for many years was known as Ballard Property Inventories.

Sophie has excellent attention to detail with extensive industry knowledge and is ARLA qualified. (Association of Residential and Lettings Agents).

Paul comes from an Engineering background and works methodically when completing reports, he is an accredited Domestic Energy Performance Assessor with Quidos. 

The team at Ballard Property is 4 people who are all able to complete Inventories, Check Ins, Check Outs and Mid-Term Inspections. This provides excellent coverage for Landlords and Lettings Agents.

We are fully insured with both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance & regulated by the Association of the Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC).
